Druvex Academy is committed to protecting the privacy and security of every learner and organization that trusts us with their information. Here is exactly how we handle, store, and protect that data.

What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our educational programs and support your learning experience. This includes: enrollment information (name, email, organization), assessment and completion data, program progress and activity logs, and payment and billing details processed through encrypted third-party processors. We do not sell, rent, or license your data to any third party for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

How We Protect Your Data

Encryption in Transit

All data transmitted between your browser and our platform is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Payment processing uses PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors — no raw payment data is stored on our servers.

Access Control

Learner records are accessible only to the learner, their designated organizational administrator (if enrolled via corporate account), and Druvex Academy staff with a documented business need. All staff access is logged and audited quarterly.

Data Retention

We retain active learner records for the duration of enrollment plus 3 years for credential verification purposes. Corporate assessment data is retained for the contract period plus 5 years, in accordance with standard compliance requirements.

Corporate Account Data

For organizations that deploy Druvex Academy programs to multiple employees, all assessment data, progress records, and program completion reports belong to both the individual learner and the contracting organization. We provide organizational administrators with access to aggregate and individual progress reporting. Druvex Academy does not share corporate cohort data with any third parties outside of the contracting parties.

Your Rights

As a learner or organizational client, you have the right to access your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate records, request deletion of your personal data (subject to compliance retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications at any time. Submit data-related requests to contact@druvexacademy.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 5 business days.
